You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction by the courts located in Seattle, WA, and you hereby waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the other terms will remain in full force and effect. Any Failure or delay in enforcing our rights under these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Other
