Robert R. Parmar

Managing Director

After graduating from Business School, Robert worked in multi-family development for a regional developer, then as a broker at Marcus and Millichap for 6 years, and in various roles at Summerfield.

He has been with Summerfield for just over 22 years. Robert works with the executive team to develop company goals, strategy, process, and oversees the company’s day-to-day operation.

When not working you can find him spending quality time with his family, being active, and serving in his community. 

Property Operations 

Patricia Webster 

Senor Regional Manager 

After attending College, she began her career in property management in Colorado Spring, CO for a Lincoln Property Management Company. She moved to the Pacific Northwest and joined Pinnacle Realty Management Company. In 1996, at the request of Pinnacle, she took a regional position based in Columbus, Ohio overseeing 4500 apartment homes.

She returned to the Pacific Northwest for family reasons and has been with Summerfield for over 7 years as a Senior Regional Manager. In this role she oversees the Operations of her Portfolio in 3 States, as well as develop, train and assist all staff in implementation of company operational policy and procedures.

Patty has well over 30 years of experience in portfolio management, is HUD, COS, and Tax Credit certified, as well as CAM Certified through IREM. She is licensed in Washington, Oregon, and Montana.

Patty is an outdoor person who loves to ski, boat, hike and most of all compete in “family” fishing tournaments. She shares these special times with her husband of 28 years and 2 adult sons, one who was recently married.

Trevor Manning 

Regional Manager 

Upon earning his MBA, Trevor has spent several years specializing in real estate finance and asset management. His experience spans managing multi-family properties, conducting market research, underwriting acquisitions, and developing financial forecasts and budgets. Trevor’s background includes working with both residential and commercial properties, with a focus on maximizing occupancy rates and financial efficiency.

Trevor currently oversees a significant multi-family portfolio for Summerfield.

Outside his role at Summerfield, Trevor likes to volunteer in his local community, spend time outdoors, and travel both domestically and internationally. 

Natalie Soto

Regional Manager

With a background in social work and more than a decade of experience in multifamily property management, Natalie Soto brings a unique, people-centered approach to building successful communities. Since joining the industry in 2012, she has risen through the ranks from leasing consultant to regional manager, with hands-on experience in luxury lease-ups, value-add repositioning, and operational turnarounds.

Natalie has led cross-functional teams, developed strategic business plans, and created SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and elevate resident satisfaction. She has also spearheaded business development initiatives to support portfolio growth and performance optimization.

Based in Idaho, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. In her free time, you can find her hiking local trails or tending to her backyard bees and animals. 

Zac Dupwe is a dedicated Regional Manager overseeing a portfolio in the Southeast Region that includes nine sites across two states.

With a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Zac is data-driven and chose to pursue a career in real estate because of his passion for working with and coaching people to improve, while still nurturing his mathematical interests through managing budgets and financials. With over a decade of experience, he has worked on diverse projects across 11 states, focusing on multi-family, student housing, and commercial properties.

Inspired by his parents’ entrepreneurial spirit, Zac is also passionate about non-profit work and devotes his free time to coaching and fostering growth for small business owners both nationally and internationally.

Brian Edwards

Regional Manager 

Brian is a longtime property management professional based in the Southeast. Prior to joining Summerfield, he worked in investment real estate and operated a portfolio of apartments for a family office.

Prior to investment real estate operations, he spent several years in commercial real estate media as content director for an established publication.

Brian enjoys everything the Southeast has to offer – from kayaking, hiking, southern cuisine. He is a fan of the Atlanta Braves and in his spare time enjoys going to ball games.  

Accounting

Crystal Hillier, CPA

Accounting Director

Crystal has spent 17 years in professional accounting, concentrated in the real estate industry. Her specific experiences include property management, brokerage, and real estate development.

She has been with Summerfield for 7 years and currently oversees all financial reporting. She plays a significant role in the development of policy, procedures, internal controls, and that our technology systems are integrated and functioning.

Crystal has two young children and enjoys the outdoors. When she is not working you can find her boating, camping, or snowboarding with her family and friends depending on the season. 

Sam Emelogu

Senior Staff Accountant

A Senior Accountant with over five years of experience in the real estate industry, Sam specializes in property management accounting. She holds an MBA with a focus in finance and is currently pursuing her CPA designation. Sam joined Summerfield Management where she continues to leverage her expertise in multiunit residential accounting.

When she’s not balancing the books, Sam enjoys live music, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. 

Pooja Khandelwal

Staff Accountant  

After earning her accounting degree, Pooja has built a tenured accounting career spanning 9 years. Pooja’s professional journey includes 5 years in accounting within the manufacturing industry and another 4 years specializing in the real estate sector.

Pooja expertise encompasses internal audit accounting and team supervision. Pooja has been with Summerfield for 4 years and currently oversees all financial reporting. She plays a significant role in quality control, audit check, and other internal controls.

Pooja is a proud parent of two young children. Pooja enjoys traveling with friends and family. Outside of work, she can often be found exploring new destinations and creating unforgettable experiences with her loved ones. 

Samantha holds a bachelor’s of commerce as well as an MBA with a concentration in Finance. She brings over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, including significant work in banking operations, particularly within loan departments. This foundation has provided her with a well-rounded and practical understanding of financial processes. 

For the past 11 years, Samantha has focused exclusively on accounting, and for the last 7 years, she has specialized in the real estate sector. Her background combines operational depth with industry-specific knowledge, making her a valuable asset in her field. 

Outside of her professional life, Samantha is a proud mother of two. She cherishes her weekends, spending quality time with her children and exploring her love for cooking. She has a particular passion for Indian cuisine and enjoys discovering dishes from various regions across the Indian subcontinent.

Ken Davis

Bookkeeper

Ken has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. His specific expertise includes conducting full charge accounting in property management for multi-family.

Ken is a Senior bookkeeper with Summerfield and works on corporate as well as property books. He works closely with Crystal to ensure that our accounting systems are integrated and functioning effectively. 
In his free time, Ken enjoys cycling, movies, and spending quality time with his family. 

Dilip Gupta

Bookkeeper

Upon Graduating with bachelor’s degree in commerce., I have accumulated over seven years of experience in professional accounting. Specifically, I spent two and a half years working in the real estate industry. 
  
I have been with Summerfield for two and half years and currently manages all accounting functions.

When I am not working, you’ll find me at home, enjoying moments of relaxation, watching movies, and occasionally embark on travel adventures with my family and friends. 

Frank Ellis

Bookkeeper

Frank has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. His specific expertise includes handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and client communications.

Frank works on the property accounting team with Summerfield and collaborates closely with Crystal to ensure that our accounting systems are integrated and functioning effectively.

In his free time, Frank enhances his accounting knowledge by pursuing additional courses, staying updated on social media platforms, and spending quality time with his family. 

Upon graduating with a MBA, Lokesh has spent 9 years in professional accounting, with a current focus on property management accounting. Lokesh’s specific experiences include property bookkeeping and various aspects of real estate accounting.

Lokesh has a full charge bookkeeping role with Summerfield and works exclusively in property accounting.

Lokesh has a son and enjoys traveling with friends and family. When not working, you can find him exploring new destinations and creating memorable experiences with loved ones.

Nate Ward

Software Administrator 

Nate has 14 years of experience in the real estate industry focused on IT, data analysis, and research in the areas of appraisal, brokerage and property management.  He holds a BA in political science with a minor in economics and a professional certificate in geospatial information systems.

Nate is responsible for software administration and overseeing hardware purchasing for the corporate and on-site property staff.  His responsibilities include user management, hardware procurement, training, and software integration.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys biking, kayaking, and making music. 

Human Resources

Jason Dubois 

Human Resource Business Partner

Jason has attained his MBA in both human resources & business management. He has spent roughly 12 years working within the field of human resources.  
 
He has experience with staffing, benefits, compensation, compliance, risk, training, employee relations, as well as leadership growth and development.

He currently oversees all human resources functions for the company. He is responsible for ensuring that our employees have everything they need to not only succeed, but to also grow within our organization.

Jason currently resides in Florida and when not working, he spends most of his free time involved with sporting events, going to the gym, and hanging out at the beach. 

Christian Alvarez

Human Resource Generalist

Christian has a Bachelor’s of science in psychology. He has spent 5 years working within the field of human resources as a recruiter.

He works closely with Jason and is responsible for day-to-day recruiting activities across our portfolio. His responsibilities have evolved to include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiations, and developing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, whether it’s playing volleyball, running, lifting weights at the gym, or participating in the Spartan Race each year. He is also passionate about traveling, finding joy in exploring new places and cooking,  experimenting with culinary creations. 

Marketing

Vince Sarceda 

Digital Marketing Coordinator 

Vince is a digital marketing strategist with over seven years of experience in driving brand growth through strategic content marketing and visual storytelling. He has worked across diverse industries, delivering high-impact marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and fostering organic engagement.

Specializing in creating visually compelling content for social media and branding, Vince excels in designing graphics and videos that not only capture attention but also align with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives. His work is driven by a deep understanding of audience behavior, content strategy, and the power of visual communication.

Vince’s ability to blend creativity with strategy is one of his standout strengths. He consistently produces content that resonates with target audiences, builds trust, and supports key conversion goals. 

Frank Virtucio

Senior Graphic Designer

Frank has a Bachelor in Secondary Education with a major in Computer Education and Technology.  

With nine years of experience in the design industry, he began his career as a UI/UX Design Teacher for four years before transitioning into an Independent Creative Design Director/Consultant, working with various start-ups for over five years.  

In his current role Frank is responsible for crafting innovative design solutions that align with the company’s vision. His work spans across visual design asset systems, website updates, branding enhancements, and developing visual strategies that ensure efficiency and innovation in the design process. 

Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his family, collecting NBA sports memorabilia, and running an online shop dedicated to his sports card collection.  

Veni Vergara

Graphic Designer

Veni graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia and has 4 years of graphic design experience. She is adept at designing for social media platforms including ads, email, video editing, blogs, and websites.

In her role at Summerfield, she does design work for social media, websites, email, blogs, and is always willing to assist with design related administration to ensure a good visual identity for the company and client properties.

Veni loves to read, play online games, cook, and spend time with family and friends.  

Marketing

MJ Baybayon

Customer Service Supervisor 

After obtaining a computer science degree and working in programming MJ decided to make a career change and worked in real estate sales for 5 years. Due to the pandemic limiting her income opportunity she decided to take a position as a customer service representative where she quickly became a supervisor.

With Summerfield she runs our property call support center. She plays a vital role in training and supervising our call support staff so that they can provide quality backup support to each and every on-site property with the goal of capturing and engaging as many leasing leads as possible.

When not working, MJ enjoys spending time with loved ones, walking her dog, and riding her motorcycle. 

Emma Coralde

Customer Service Representative 

I began my career as a Customer Service Associate, where I gained four years of experience supporting clients and building strong communication skills. Motivated to grow professionally, I pursued a bachelor’s degree in quality management and went on to work as a Quality Analyst for five years.

During the pandemic, and as a dedicated mom, I transitioned into a real estate customer service role, where I eventually advanced to a Data Analyst position. Today, at Summerfield, I help manage the property call support center, playing a vital role in assisting residents and ensuring their concerns are addressed and routed to the appropriate onsite teams. 

Ron Hipolito

Customer Support

After earning a degree in Business Administration and initially working in retail sales, Ron decided to pivot to a career in customer service support. He spent several years honing his sales skills before transitioning to customer service to support a growing need for personalized client interactions. 

At Summerfield, Ron plays a key role in providing the best support to our prospects and tenants. He ensures that every interaction is handled with care and professionalism, aiming to maximize engagement with leasing leads and provide exceptional service to all existing tenants. 

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new hiking trails, and watching his favorite sports teams. 

Research

July De Jesus

Research Administrator

A graduate of Electronics Engineering (ECE), July has cultivated a diverse career across various fields. She spent over four years as a Technical Sales Engineer for Toshiba, where she gained program management experience.

July later made her mark as an Outsourcing Supervisor, where she collaborated with Marketing, Project, and Legal teams to onboard new employees with essential training.

Her career path has expanded into Business Operations and Property Management, where her analytical skills continue to drive success. Outside of work, July enjoys creating digital content and working out with her husband.
