Brian brings experience in investment real estate, apartment operations, and commercial real estate to his role as Regional Manager. As Summerfield’s lead in expanding into the Texas market, he helps establish operational standards, build client relationships, and lay the foundation for portfolio growth in the region. Regional Operations
A Washington native, I relocated to Montana to continue pursuing my passion for the West and the communities that make it unique. I began my career in property management in maintenance and worked my way up through operations leadership. Today I specialize in regional operations across the Pacific Northwest Inland Region, including Eastern Washington, Idaho, and Montana, bringing hands-on experience and a commitment to creating exceptional communities and resident experiences.

Controller
Crystal is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who oversees financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the portfolio. With a strong foundation in GAAP, budgeting, and financial analysis, she brings the technical expertise and professional rigor that a Controller role demands. Her work provides the financial structure, audit readiness, and reporting clarity that owners expect from a professional property management partner.

Property Accounting Manager
Sam holds an MBA in Accounting and brings extensive experience in multiunit residential accounting and finance. As Property Accounting Manager, she leads a team of three property accountants, overseeing the day-to-day financial activity across the portfolio and ensuring property-level reporting is organized, accurate, and actionable for ownership and decision-making.
