Take a moment to evaluate how knowledgeable the members of your On-site Staff are on a scale of 1-10.
If any member of your on-site staff scores less than an 7.5, it’s time to provide additional training.
The more knowledgeable each staff member is, the greater their efficiency at assisting current and prospective residents, which keeps your property running smoothly.
